Returns and Complaints
Returning any unwanted ítems that have been purchased within 30 days of reciept which are unused and in their original package, then you may do this either for refund or exchange.
All unwanted ítems should be returned at your own expense or taken to Carpsuperstore store (address found below). Please note that even though we will make every attempt to return in-store the product, it may not be always possible.
Once the products have been returned by post or in-store we will process the return accordingly.
Any damaged product must be reported within 5 days of reciept. The product will be replaced as soon as possible, at no expense to the costumer. For a faster process we will need to recieve a notification to our email explaining the issue, when sent by post please send us the proof of mail so the process can be done efficiently.
The products can be exchanged or refunded if they have not been used, worn or otherwise soiled and are in their original, undamaged packing.
If an ítem develops a fault and are within the guarantee of service from the supplier can be returned for either return or replacement. Flo Corporation LTD (Carpsuperstore) reserve the right to return any faulty goods to the manufacturer before exchanging or refunding where necessary. If the manufacturer deems the fault to not be that of the product, Flo Corporation LTD reserve the right not to issue an exchange or refund.
We are entirely in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to warranty returns, but we will work as hard as we can to ensure the best outcome to our costumer. You should allow around 14 days before any return comes back to the costumer.
Returns and refunds do not apply on gift cards, books, unsealed audio, video recordings and computer software.
